Senior CTD Software Engjneer with Perl and Java development in Dallas, TX

No third parties please, must live in the DFW area.Technical skills: Job responsibilities will consist of contribution to strategic solutions for test automation (unit and functional) associated with various application development initiatives within the Technology Department. The candidate in this role must be able to effectively and efficiently work with CTD Test Automation Team in order to aid in defining, planning, developing, executing, managing, and reporting of multiple projects within the Southwest Airlines Technology Department. The candidate in this role must be willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary to support project goals.Candidate must work well in a Team environment. The candidate must manage projects proficiently, efficiently, and with full accountability for each project's results. Ensuring that all development Teams project's are successfully implemented, managed and coordinated to facilitate in the completion of project goals. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively with development Teams regarding approaches and options in automated regression testing.
