Desktop Application Support Analyst-Level 1 in Dallas, TX

Robert Half Technology is currently seeking a contract to hire level 1 Desktop support analyst for a large and high profile home builder located in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities will include providing telephone support, trouble-shooting problems with Windows 9x/2000/XP, printers, modems, MS Office, Lotus Notes and other PC related hardware and software. This individual will be required to log call ticket activity in our call tracking database.

Experience: Must have excellent customer service, organizational and problem solving skills are required. Must be able to work both independently and on a team in a fast paced, team environment. The candidate must possess a positive attitude and willing to go that extra mile to ensure the customer is taken care of. Strong communication and writing skills are essential. At least one year of experience supporting and/or configuring PC's with Windows. Must be proficient with MS Office Professional, Windows 9x/2000/XP and Internet browsers.
