Oracle Order Management - Sr. Consultant - Dallas

Required skills: Oracle Applications 11i , Order Management and Advanced Pricing, Full Life Cycle Implementation.

Seeking a candidate to take on a Team lead role to be responsible for defining the Order Acceptance, Pricing, Picking, and Shipping operations within the Order to Cash process. This position will need to train project team members, define the processes, configure the OM, Inventory, and Advanced Pricing modules to support the process, and lead project team members through the CRP, Process. The ability to implement complex pricing scenarios in the Advanced Pricing module as well as work in Configure to Order environments is required. Experience implementation the Oracle Transportation Planning or Transportation Management modules is a plus. This person will closely engage with key client personnel and participate in all areas of the implementation life-cycle.

We are seeking individuals with following skills:

.Bachelor's degree
.3+ years of Oracle OM expertise
.5-7 years of Oracle Application configuration
.Oracle Application Configuration for OM and Advanced Pricing modules.
.Prefer experience in multi-org environment with some experience with process manufacturing.
.Experience with transportation module helpful.
.Oracle AIM method deliverables, including the BR100.
.Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).
.Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation.
.Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
.General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy.
.Project management: lead small teams of 1 - 3 resources (both consulting and client employees).
.Industry expertise: Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Consumer Goods preferred.
.Ability to travel up to 80%

Technical Skills needed:
Oracle Applications configuration; Strong Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project and Visio
