work hours, highly technical environment and cool company culture !POSITION SUMMARY - .Net Senior Application DeveloperWill work closely with business solution architects, customer service managers, product managers and others to understand business requirements and design and deliver enterprise applications to address the specific need
Will work independently and pro-actively to help improve upon design decisions in offered product suite
Conduct in depth analysis of systems and integration points, ensuring complete and comprehensive design specifications
Participate and drive the deployment process of application suite for clients and internal testing on an on-going basis
Mentor junior development staff when the need arises and clarify decisions made during the design phase of the project
Work with the development manager to develop a time line for product/feature delivery

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Experience in developing large scale multilingual Enterprise Software utilizing C# and J2EE.
Deep understanding of various web technologies.
Understanding of databases and their internals.
Solid SQL skills.
Experience with Object to Relational mapping technology.
Strong problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of sorting/searching algorithms and data structures.
Very strong Object Oriented Implementation and Design skills using J2EE
Ability to work in ambiguous scenarios.
Ability to work independently and with no guidance.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Conviction with your design and ability to differentiate and describe the differences between various design approaches.
5 years minimum prior work experience in developing OO software applications.
2 to 4 years of prior work experience in developing enterprise application software.
2 plus years .NET development experience
