We have an immediate opening for an IT Security Analyst to join the talented Enterprise IT Security department of one of our top clients. The assigned tasks are driven the need to satisfy security and privacy related requirements and commitments to the Federal Reserve Board as well as all applicable laws and regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Graham-Leach Bliley (GLBA), and HIPAA. You will collaborate with clients, support professionals, and executive stakeholders to provide reasonable and realistic solutions to the long-term objectives. Utilize your knowledge and expertise in information security and to assist in protecting the sensitive information of customers, employees and company. Manage privacy compliance by establishing a strong security and privacy conscious culture, centralizing efforts, and implementing effective policies, standards, procedures and governance across the enterprise. Manage the development, implementation, and enforcement of data security and privacy related policies and standards.
5+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis is required, along with extensive experience in a large corporate enterprise. Knowledge of networking concepts, data communications, TCP/IP internetworking, voice engineering, and wireless technologies is needed. Important skills include the fundamentals of security and risk management practices, access control, security models and architectures, physical security, telecommunications and network security, cryptography, disaster recovery and business continuity. Experience with applicable laws and regulations (GLBA, SOX, HIPAA) is needed. IT Audit experience is a plus. Core business skills needed include effective writing and strong communications, organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
