Junior SQL Server DBA in Dallas, TX

Seeking a very sharp junior DBA who is a fast learner. Will be working as a SQL Server DBA but will train further in this technology. Location is near Northpark Mall in Dallas.
Experience: REQUIRED:

No more than 2 - 5 years professional IT experience concentrating on SQL Server

Evidence of superior intelligence, achievement or abilities
