Under our Salaried Professionals program, you will have the opportunity to work on long term projects for various clients with no lapse in pay between projects! This role will enable you to interface with multiple clients throughout the DFW Metroplex as well as to refine and develop your professional experience. In this role you will be assigned to long term projects, once each project is complete, you will be assigned to the next project. In the unlikely event that there is not an immediate project to begin, you will still receive your standard salary from Robert Half until your next project is secured! Experience: This opportunity is NOT for everyone. In order to qualify for this role, you must have not only the hard skills listed below, but must also have the following: an ability to and interest in traveling through the Greater Dallas area; Must be comfortable performing in highly visible, client-facing roles; Must have impeccable communication skills and extremely professional demeanor; Must be adaptable and able to work in ALL environments. In addition to these required soft skills, the candidate must also possess: 3+ Years C#; 3+ Years SQL Backend development; Winforms and/or Webforms development experience; 3+ Years ASP.Net; strong Object Oriented Programming experience; BA or BS degree. Microsoft certifications are preferred but not required.
