Jr. .Net Programmer in Dallas, TX

A leading defense electronics company is looking for a Jr .Net Programmer. Requirements include: 1 yr. .Net experience (asp.net and or Winforms) 1 yr. SQL Server 2000 or later Ability to work with minimal supervision Excellent communication and verbal skills Responsibilities include setting up reports, pulling data, running queries to pull data for reports for the manufacturing group. Create automated reports from the database for test and manufacturing floor systems (inventory). Additionally: Develop new internal applications for support of business and engineering systems. Support and maintain existing internal applications. Support, maintain, and customize off-the-shelf applications. Strong math and statistics background a plus Strong analytical and problem solving skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Hands-on experience in production and electronics lab environments a plus A self-starter who pays attention to detail Experience in the following is a big plus: SQL Server 2000 reporting services SharePoint Portal Server 2003 VB6 ASP, HTML, VB Script, Javascript Familiarity with MatLab, C++, Mathcad, MS Project, and MS Office software packages or equivalent Must be a US Citizen.
