This person will be responsible for getting new centers networks, servers (all listed below) installed. Installs take place on Monday, Tues., and Wednesdays. Mondays are extremely busy and fast paced. There will be 6 to 7 centers calling in at once for the person to remote into thier servers and load all the backend applications. This person MUST be detail oriented, able to multi-task and organized. This position is responsible for ensuring technology readiness for new retail centers. This includes phones, network, servers, point-of-sale workstation, and related peripherals. This position requires meticulous tracking of deliverables between departments and vendors. It also requires enough technical aptitude to ensure that all servers are installed, loaded and configured correctly. Customers will range from business, construction, design, finance, operations, procurement, technical support and engineering as well as external deployment teams and field-based installation technicians. A successful candidate will have proven technical ability as well as be able to coordinate technically multiple openings per week. Individual should be a self starter, requiring little direction and be able to effectively prioritize and communicate issues, risks and objectives.
