Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Define and document high level requirements, perform business process engineering, define scope and capture functional requirements
Develop/recommend business processes to support core business objectives
Define and perform functional system setup and setup documentation preparation
Understand application, technical and infrastructure architecture
Adhere to development, tools and change management standards
Develop and implement data mapping and data conversion plans
Document security and access requirements
Develop test plans and perform unit and system integration testing.
Identify and document issues and assist in issue resolution
Assist in definition and execution of user training and documentation preparation
Participate in system deployment activities
Must be authorized!
This is a functional position with HEAVY Oracle AR (accounts receivable) experience
Experience: Qualifications Required:
Four-year college degree
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
5+ years Oracle E-Business Suite experience (specialist in Accounts Receivable, Incentive Compensation)
Team lead and/or management experience required
Ability to quickly establish effective working relationships and to participate and contribute within a team
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines without day to day supervision.
Ability to work both independently (self-starter) and in a team environment
Ability to multi-task and adapt to a dynamic work environment
