Experience: Knowledge of all aspects of Systems dEvelopment Life Cycle (SDLC);
-ability to address challenging programming tasks with little or no suupervision;
-working knowledge of SQL, XML, and HTML;
-familiar with MVC frameworks such as Struts, Spring or Tapestry;
-experienced with development tools such as Eclipse and Ant;
-experienced with testing tools such as JUnit and JMeter;
-commercial software development experience;
-UML experience a plus;
