Desktop Support Analyst in DALLAS, TX

We are searching for Senior Level Desktop Support candidates.
Responsibilities include: Tracking, updating & resolving technical issues for 6,000 end users.
Use of remote access tools to assist in the trouble-shooting & issues resolution.
Creating & updating knowledge base, technical bulletins & other documentation. Provide testing of new applications.
Work to maintain a 90%+ resolution rate.
Works closely with other IT group to bring quick resolution to all issues.
Excellent verbal & written communication.
Embraces continuous learning.

Experience: Skills Required are as follows:
Heat, Blackberry Support, TCP/IP, PC Desktop/Workstation Troubleshooting, Active Directory, Windows XP 2003, Windows XP, MS Office, Remedy Software.
