Provide transportation and modal subject matter expertise related to training and deployment of proprietary application.
Deliver the training program for site operations during the implementation phase with emphasis on the end user and customer.
Interact effectively with all functional areas within support areas, meet expectations and requirements, and to ensure that application deployment within organization is effective, innovative and competitive.
Work with Business Operations, Business Application and IT to resolve issues and develop/enhance the product offering.

Communicate regularly with site operations and business operation team, to understand operational issues, freight flows, customer requirements, and other account-specific requirements.
Work with and provide feedback to the Business Application team to develop and implement programs, processes, tools, and training related to deployment and operation.
Experience: MS-Office, Visio, Graphics (+)
Degreed (+)
5+ years Trainer
3-5 years experience in Transportation or Logistics
Functional knowledge of Transportation Management Systems
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
