Our clients range from small companies to large corporations throughout Dallas Fort Worth and North America.IT Helpdesk Specialist is needed for a downtown Dallas law firm. Responsible for desktop support on all firm software as well as end-user training for all new and existing employees. Ensure end-user technology hardware, software, printing, and networking within the firm meets business requirements and that end-users can accomplish business tasks.Must be able to work with attorneys and staff on all levels while maintaining a highly professional attitude. Common sense requirements for this position include-excellent communication (verbal and written), impeccable organization, ability to pro-actively seek out new duties and learn new applications quickly, and work well in a team-based environment.Requires rotating weekend support and occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week. Must have two years of progressively responsible work experience in technical support or customer service, ideally within a law firm. Advanced knowledge of Filesite; Summation; CMS (billing software); Microsoft Windows XP operating system; Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.Only qualified candidates with stable work histories will be considered.
