Network Infrastructure AdministratorPrimary Responsibilities Include: Overall responsibility for enterprise network infrastructure administration including networks, firewalls, routers, switches, and security systems Development and management of infrastructure documentation and operations processes including standards, procedures and guidelines Recommendation, development, and implementation of strategic information technology solutions that are consistent with organization goals Implementation and administration of intrusion detection and protection systems including Cisco and other IDS/IPS products Administration of patch management and antivirus systems Will work with and also support other network and end-user support functions Reports directly to the Director Information TechnologyA Successful Candidate Will Have: 7+ years experience Network Administration and Support 5+ years implementation and administration of Cisco network infrastructure 2+ years Cisco IP Telephony design, implementation and management experience 2+ experience with Windows Server 2003, Exchange 2003, SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory Experience with HP server support tools including HP Insight Manager, ILO Experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server implementation and management Experience with internet protocols and standards (SMTP, LDAP, ESMTP, TCP/IP, HTTP, IPSec, SNMP, FTP) Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, or other IT Service Management Processes Excellent oral and written communication skills A best in class customer service mentalityThe Ideal Candidate Will: Have a current CCNA, MCSE Possess MIS or Advanced Degree Have 5 or more years Financial Services industry experiencePlease visit us on the web at www.frontlinesourcegroup.comEqual Opportunity Employer, M/F/V/D.
