PSC is currently looking for a Desk Side Support Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas (Galleria area location) .
Up to 15% Travel with this position within the greater MetroPlex area
Position Responsibilities:
This position will require minimal travel in the Dallas/Fort Worth MetroPlex area and rotating weekend/night on-call responsibilities. The applicant filling this position will manage problem ticket flow and resolution, perform Window 2000/XP installs, software installations, troubleshooting, printer set ups, documentation, help with projector and audio visual set ups and other odd jobs in a corporate headquarters environment. Position requires a person who is customer oriented, with a professional image and attitude. Business casual dress environment.
Required Skills:
2+ years Desk side Support
2+ years Customer Account Skills
2+ years light Server& Network Administration
Very Strong Customer Service focus
Desired Skills:
Windows XP Professional experience
Familiarity with a variety of desktop applications including Microsoft Office XP/2003 & Outlook
Desktop, laptop, software, operating troubleshooting skills
PDA support experience (Blackberry)
Solid desk side, phone and remote user support skills
Network switch, Wireless Access points, and router experience
Windows Server and active directory experience
Educational Requirements:
B. S. degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
Network+, Server+, CCNA, MCSE 2000 or 2003 certification a plus
