Internet Operations Analyst II in Dallas, TX

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates systems and needs of operational, call center and customer users. Defines the operational and servicing impacts of projects associated with the Bank's customer-facing internet applications. Has some knowledge variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Works under general supervision; a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Must demonstrate ability to serve as a mentor to less experienced analysts.

. Reviews project documentation, including technical design and architecture diagrams and provide feedback regarding operational concerns and issues to Project Managers.
. Consults with Call Center managers to determine how internet application enhancements and issues can effectively meet their strategic and business needs.
. Provides analysis of operations functions for optimum business design and workflow.
. Interfaces with vendors to determine operational requirements needed to support customer-facing internet applications.
. Writes documentation at various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle that outlines operational requirements, project impacts to operations and call centers, process changes and/or recommendations and identifies operations-based tasks for project plans.
. Attends and participates in project meetings for assigned initiatives.
. Acts as a key resource during regression testing and rollout activities. Ensures communication channels are initiated and maintained between project teams and Operation's customer groups.
. Develops training and communication materials for Call Center associates.
. Maintains a repository of documentation for all projects.
. Mentors junior analysts and assists with analysis and requirements skill development.
. Ongoing: Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience: Basic Qualifications:
. Bachelors Degree
. 3 years web based applications
. 3 years experience working with requirements definition
. 3 years project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
. 3 years experience business process development
. 3 years using requirements tools and technical writing with mid to large size projects
