2 SOFTWARE SALES ENGINEERS TO SUPPORT REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS NEEDEDSalary is 90k with viable comp up to 120K+. They are a really good up and coming exciting company. Job Duties: .Work with Regional Sales Managers in identifying and addressing sales opportunities..Understand features and technical requirements of clients and prospects and be able to demonstrate complex business and technical solutions based on our product offerings to all levels of business audience..Stay informed of technical aspects of the product suite and its evolution to determine appropriate product fit to prospect's/customer's needs; communicate gaps in functionality and positioning to sales management and product management..Design and develop and/or manage the development of proof-of-concept applications used as pre-sales tools..Participate in/lead RFI and RFP response teams..Stay informed of competitive products to understand the product suite strengths and weaknesses and to recognize market trends..Attend appropriate trade functions to further promote our products and services.Qualifications: .2+ years experience as a Sales Engineer selling software applications in a complex sales environment..Excellent written and oral communication skills to both executive and technical audiences..A working knowledge of web application architectures including data storage..A working knowledge of Transact SQL, XML, and JavaScript.Proficiency in one or more higher-level programming languages is a plus..A high level of professionalism, initiative, ethics, and confidence..Ability to travel 30% - 50%.Ability to have fun in a team oriented environment.
