: Designs and Develops Framework Metadata Packages, Data Layers, and Presentation Layers. Develops Reports Net reports. Designs and develops Cognos PowerPlay OLAP cubes using Transformer. Designs and builds Oracles tables, views, and complex SQL statements. Analyzes, debugs, enhances, and performance tunes complex SQL. Codes SQR and PL/SQL routines to transform data. Uses Test Director for workflow of SDLC. Uses Microsoft Word and Excel to document project materials.
* A minimum of 3 years as a Cognos Report Net developer (version 7.x or higher). Cognos 8.x experience a plus++
* Hands-on Framework Manager and Transformer experience.
* Strong SQL skill knowledge with Oracle database experience
* Oracle SQL performance tuning expertise.
* Data modeling concepts and experience
* OLAP concepts and experience
* UNIX and/or Linux experience.
* SQR or PL/SQL programming experience.
* Good oral and written communications skills
