PeopleSoft Talent Management/Succession Planning: 4+ years of focused PeopleSoft Talent Management/Success Planning experience. Experience should include analysis/design/documentation associated with implementing the delivered PeopleSoft product to support the TM/SP needs of large clients equivalent to combined size of Verizon (200k+ employees). Experience with detailed gapping effort for said clients and delivery of documented design solutions with complex gaps identified and solutions identified for those gaps. Knowledge/experience with the PeopleSoft recommended Nakisa product. Highly skilled with meeting facilitation, detailed documentation and client relationship development via strong communication skills and expert knowledge of this component of the Peoplesoft HR product and it's practical implementation.
