Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical support associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems. Must be able to recognize, research, isolate, and then present and apply a resolution to the reported problems. Must also have good follow-up abilities. The Desktop Support Analyst will also be performing general maintenance tasks, must resolve more complex problems immediately, may also involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: The Desktop Support Analyst must have 2+ years of "hands-on" desktop support experience. Familiar with handling end user calls with questions supporting MS office applications, VPN works, connectivity, etc.
