PeopleSoft HR SME in Dallas, TX

: PeopleSoft HR / Benefits / Benefits Administration SME: 8+ years of PeopleSoft HR experience primarily in a functional hands-on capacity. Experience with PeopleSoft HR system convergence from multiple systems to one for customers with a combined active employee base over 100,000 employees. Requirements gathering and detailed documentation (current state, gap analysis, future state, process flows, screen mock ups, detailed verbiage related to configuration, processing rules, edits, controls, etc) as part of the system convergence role. Proven thought leadership on numerous functional engagements. Significant work experience with PeopleSoft or a top 5 consulting firm as a senior PeopleSoft functional consultant is a must. Strong communications skills with the ability to facilitate meetings from executives to front line workers. Effective presentation skills to match.
