Our client in North Central Dallas is currently looking for several Helpdesk Tier 1 Analysts to join their winning team! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of continuous helpdesk experience handling and average of 60 calls per day.

Experience: Technical Requirements:
Must Haves:
• Windows XP OS experience
• Office XP troubleshooting experience
• MS Internet Explorer
• VPN
• Remote Access | Network Stream or Net Meeting
• Active Director | Password Resets
• General network connectivity issues
• 1+ years of solid Helpdesk experience
