5 to 7 years IT experience on multiple platforms/technologies
? Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and multi tasking capabilities
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Demonstrated ability to understand and document business processes
? Demonstrated ability to work within an established timeframe to complete tasks
? Strong Leadership skills and demonstrated success using skills
? Experience working through all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle
? Ability to work well with Customers at all levels (Leadership and Non-Leadership) and proven success doing so
? Ability to work well in a Team environment
? Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions
? Ability to interview Customers at all levels
? Strong organizational skills, specifically creating Project Plans and Controls
Experience: MINIMUM 3 YEARS
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

? Use Case creation using RUP (MUST HAVE)
? Strong Analysis and Design Skills
