The User Support Services Manager will be responsible for supervising training and support specialists; including application support, training and troubleshooting. The manager will also refine current standards for training, procedures for determining training needs and a curriculum to meet firm needs, maintain troubleshooting and escalation procedures, analyze support tickets and more.
