Help Desk Analyst III in Dallas, TX

A premier North Dallas client of Robert Half Technology is currently looking for a seasoned Helpdesk Analyst preferably with a Microsoft Office User Specialist (M.O.U.S.) certification to join their internal helpdesk. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of Microsoft Office technical support experience and will be able to handle 20-30 calls a day ranging from, VPN, Active Directory User Administration, to XP and Senior Level Office | Word | Access | Excel | Power Point related issues. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Technical Requirements:

Must Haves:
&#149; Windows XP OS experience
&#149; 3-5 years supporting Microsoft Office | Word | Access | Excel | Power Point
&#149; MS Internet Explorer
&#149; VPN
&#149; Remote Access | Network Stream or Net Meeting
&#149; Active Directory | User Administration
&#149; General network connectivity issues

Bonuses:
&#149; Blackberry and Windows Mobile support experience.
