We have an immediate need for a Helpdesk Technician, supporting Microsoft products in a Windows environment. The Candidate will complete all assigned service calls with professionalism and technical expertise. Will ensures that quality and service level goals are achieved in a timely manner and complete all administrative duties correctly and promptly.Our client is looking for the following requirements: . A+ Certification is mandatory . Must have at least 2 years helpdesk experience and has held a helpdesk position within the last 6 months. . Must have experience working with MS Windows Operations (2000, 2003, XP, Vista) environments and MS Office Suite. . MUST have experience diagnosing/troubleshooting software and hardware issues on pc, laptops, and printers. . Professional Experience with supporting Active Directory and Remedy . MUST have experience with phone support and phone etiquette..
