This position will serve as a supervisor over team who manages and maintains the telecommunication services and inventory in the corporate tracking tool. Experienced professional with full understanding of telecommunication invoices. Assistance with new business opportunities for existing and potential clients, as well as implementations and projects related to TEM.Establish relationship with clients and act as single point of contact for all telecommunications requirements. Manage and maintain the telecommunications expenses, which include assurance testing for accuracy of client telecommunication rates with contractual agreements, invoice validation, billing disputes, escalations to telecommunications vendors, invoice coding, and financial reporting. Obtain and provide status to internal management and clients. Identify and report discrepancies to management. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients, and telecommunication vendors. Participate in regular meetings with technical teams, accounting teams, management, clients, and vendors.After-hours availability is required on an as needed basis for internal projects, and vendor escalations.Position will be located in Dallas Texas.
Qualifications Required
· Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in Computer Science or related field.
· Outstanding customer skills.
· Proven experience of supervisory skills.
· Proven experience in presentation skills for new business opportunities.
· Proven experience in working with domestic and international telecommunications vendors.
· Proven experience in financial reporting.
· Extraordinary organizational skills.
· Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and other basic PC applications.
· Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal).
· Ability to work independently and remotely.
