This position is responsible for understanding and defining the implementation of Remedy for the ITIL service management processes.  This includes working with business analysts and customers to design, configure, and integrate the Remedy application to support the business needs.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years development experience including experience in a CMMI level 3+ organizations.  Position level is dependent on candidate’s level of experience.
Primary Experience:	
	2+ years Remedy design, development (forms, active links and filters) , configuration, and integration
	3+ years experience with SQL, stored procedures, and triggers
	5+ years structured analysis and design
	Good understanding of ITIL Service Management processes
	Demonstrated analytical thinking, adaptability, enthusiasm and motivation.
	Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
	Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
	Remedy Mid-Tier and Remedy Web Services experience.
	Demonstrated proficiency with implementing Remedy ITSM Suite including Service desk, Asset Management, Change Management, DSO, Flashboards, SLM, MidTier ... must have v7.x experience
	Experience with Remedy CMDB 2.x required
	Experience integrating Remedy with other management systems required
	Technical and functional knowledge of call center, asset management and custom applications
	Additional experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Visual Basic, C desired
	Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
Secondary Experience:	
	Test plan development
	Experience with COTS package implementations, 4GL languages and IDE
	Data analysis/Data modeling experience
	Change Control, version control, build, and configuration management
	XML, JAVA
Skilled in two or more of the following:
	Maintain stable operation of the BMC Remedy ITSM systems and CMDB. 
	Maintain resilient Remedy infrastructure, resolve issues related to out of the box functionality and provide customer support. 
	Responsible for system configuration data and any changes to the system requiring systems administrative access. 
	Coordinate/perform major system upgrades 
	Install/Upgrade software on Sun Servers and application software for  MidTier, ARS Server, Approval Server, ITSM suite (HD, AM, CM, SLA), Email Engine, and Flashboards 
	Maintain system configuration data within all applications in the ITSM suite (HD, AM, CM, SLA) 
	License management for all BMC Remedy products: 
	Work with Procurement for License key management
	User license management (fixed and floating) 
Education:	
	Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or related discipline
	BMC training for ITSM Applications is preferred.
