Responsibilities: This individual will assist in the technical operation, maintenance and development of software applications for a .net company. The position entails developing, modifying and testing new and existing applications developed in Coldfusion MX7. Part of the responsibilities will involve collaborating with the CIO and President to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical documentation. Other duties include working with the staff to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical operational issues both desktop and networking in a Windows environment.
Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of hands on development experience.
• A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems is preferred, but not required.
• knowledge with database data-modeling, design principles, and work flow processing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL 200 development skills: stored procedures, triggers, scripts, DTS or SSIS.
• Able to work successfully in an energetic web technology and delivery based firm focused in the human resources arena.
• Must possess strong analytical, problem solving, communication skills, and work productively in both a team and/or independent environment.
