Experience: Minimum 4 years Java
Minimum 4 years Object Oriented Analysis and Design
Service Oriented Architecture, UNICX/Linux Development, JMS, JAXB and XML and Project Management.
Must have a Green Card or be a US Citizen - no sub-contractors.
