Job Title : Oracle ERP Technical Analyst
Location - Dallas , TX
Duration - Perm
Key Responsibilities
· Design and Develop custom packages, procedures, functions and scripts with PL/SQL to meet business requirements.
· Maintenance and new Development of custom interfaces to the Oracle ERP environment from WMS and various legacy ERP systems as needed to support current business and future business opportunities.
· Design and Develop custom form and reporting processes using Oracle Forms/Reports 6i or newer, XML Publisher, Discoverer, ADI etc.
· Performance tuning SQL and form processes through use of Explain Plans, TKProf and database indexes.
· Development of Archive and Purge Routines associated with the on-going maintenance and performance of the ERP environment in various modules such as GL, OM and INV.
· Responsible for all activities associated with the sustainment of an enterprise Oracle 11i EBS implementation involving identification of bugs, defects and process issues requiring technical acumen.
· Work with end-users and/or customers to collect and clarify business requirements related to development and sustainment priorities.
· Analyze, engineer and/or re-engineer business processes to support business goals and objectives.
· Generate technical and/or end-user documentation.
· Develop time and material estimates.
Qualifications:
· BS/BA Computer Science, Accounting or Business
· 2 + Years Oracle PL/SQL programming with Oracle 8i/9i/10g databases
· 2 + Years Oracle Tools (SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, ADI, XML Publisher)
· 2 + Years Business Process Analysis
· 2 + Years Oracle EBS Financials, OM, and/or Inventory (11i, R12)
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Prior experience with Six Sigma, ISO 9000 or TQM environment
Interview Process: A technical interview by phone (approximately 30 minutes) will be done first. If the candidate passes the phone interview a FACE-TO-FACE interview will be required.
