Our client is adding to its Global SAP implementation project team and has a need for a solid SAP Global Trade Management (GTM) business analyst. This Dallas based position will be responsible for the analysis, design, and development of the SAP ECC internal processes of M&D and all business requirements. This company is a recognized as a leader in the Dallas Fort Worth marketplace! It is continuing to strive in providing a deep level of insight into the various SAP modules and their relationships. This client has a need for a SAP Business Specialist employee who can lead them to promote business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation, flexibility, and integration with various business initiatives. You should be experienced in analyzing, defining, and documenting data requirements, and reporting needs from existing OLTP applications. You should also be able to identify and define data sourcing, business rules, and transformation logic for next phases of the Project. Key Objectives: -- Perform day-to-day SAP GTM analysis, design, and programming functions. -- Implement the strategic plan for support of future company information requirements. -- Support effective and efficient business processes in partnership with other software and reporting development teams. -- Identify ownership and accountability for enterprise reporting information. -- Refine and validate logical data models that reflect concepts/structures in the EDW and serve as the basis for relational database design. -- Ensure that information needs and business rules are in compliance with enterprise policies and standards. -- Participate in evaluating new technologies to ensure the continuity and advancement of data and technology architecture within company information needs. -- Build a framework for accurately capturing, sharing, distributing, securing, and leveraging company data resources. -- Provide enterprise metadata repository services. Experience: Minimum Technical Requirements: -- 7+ years Information Technology experience. -- 4+ years experience in as a SAP GTM specialist. -- At least 1 prior implementation of an SAP GTM and associated modules.-- 1+ years RDBMS programming experience, SQL, Stored Procedures, and scripts.-- Strong background in structured systems and data analysis. -- Demonstrated ability with JAD and RAD methodologies. -- Expertise in relational database design (normalized and dimensional). Required: - Strong ability to work with business units to formulate business and data requirements. - Help in the implementation of the SAP GTM module for all sites during the development and supporting the solution after going live. - Coordinating numerous, interdependent processes across process teams.- Managing the internal processes and all business requirements for successful implementations.- Researching and determining the appropriate BADIs, Action Classes, Function Modules, etc. to enhance the trading processes.- Writing Functional Specifications for Development.- Assisting in writing Technical Specifications.- Managing tasks being performed by the Development team to expedite their completion.- Providing a deep level of insight into the many SAP modules and their relationships, particularly as it translates into GTM integration points with the other process teams.- Coordinating testing efforts for all GTM processes and development.- Highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills dedicated to completing tasks on schedule. Education / Certification Requirements:. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Business Administration.
