A. 3 ? 6 years of SW Development, Programming background.
B. 2 ? 4 years of user interface design and development.
C. Skill Requirements:
· Experience using user interface design models.
· Strong background in user interface design including participation in the conducting of usability studies.
· Be able to develop rapid prototypes
· Full software development lifecycle including support of product in the field (or production environment).
· Java software development experience
· Strong foundation in Object Oriented Design techniques including implementation of design patterns.
· Java the following: JDK 1.5, JSP, Servlets, JAXB, JSTL
· Web technology knowledge: HTTP, HTML, SOAP, WSDL, JavaScript, XML
· Knowledge of TCP/IP and related protocols (theoretical and practical)
· Experience with version control software such as SVN, CVS, etc.; experience with IDE such as Eclipse or NetBeans
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work across organizational boundaries
· Proven success in delivering working solutions under tight deadlines
· Experience with Adobe Flex or similar product
· Cross-platform programming
· Server knowledge: Apache/Tomcat Web server, JBOSS or JMS (Tibco
