This person would be responsible for gathering requirements, clearly documenting Business processes, helping develop test scenarios and cases and assisting with system testing. They should be able to think out of the box and come up with creative solutions to complex problems. It is expected they can work independently with minimal guidance and direction. They should be a self-starter and enjoy working in an environment where schedules are short. Participation in an on-call rotation, approximately once every six weeks, may be required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years:
? MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Requirements determination
? Use Case creation
? Understanding of OO Analysis and Design
? Data analysis
? MS Project
5 to 7 years IT experience on multiple platforms/technologies
? Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and multi tasking capabilities
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Demonstrated ability to understand and document business processes
? Demonstrated ability to work within an established timeframe to complete tasks
? Strong Leadership skills and demonstrated success using skills
? Experience working through all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle
? Ability to work well with Customers at all levels (Leadership and Non-Leadership) and proven success doing so
? Ability to work well in a Team environment
? Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions
? Ability to interview Customers at all levels
? Strong organizational skills, specifically creating Project Plans and Controls
