Financial organization is seeking a professional, experienced IT support professional with experience supporting end user work station hardware and software via phone, email and hands-on troubleshooting. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for heavy troubleshooting of MS Office, including Excel Plug-ins. The Help Desk Analyst will also be responsible for managing software and data licenses, as well as vendor relationships, utilized by the firm. Experience: Requirements include a bachelor’s degree from 4 year university (no technical schools) with GPA of 3.0 or better. Experience supporting trading floor and/or financial applications preferred. A+ or MCDTS certification helpful, but not required.
