Experience: The ideal candidate will possess 1+ years of SQL Server DBA, Development, and/or Support. Out client is seeking a SQL Certified Professional (preferably SQL DBA 2005 Certification). Having a basic understanding of Cisco and Dell will be very helpful in this role. Experience in a high-level support role is preferred as this person will be interfacing with small-to-mid-sized private equity firms. The ideal candidate will need to have good dictation and exceptional phone presence. This role has the responsibility to be very prompt and responsive in addressing and resolving the clients issues. Experience with Accounting Applications (home grown applications, QuickBooks, CRM applications, Investream, DealDynamo, etc.) is strongly preferred, but not required.
