I have been asked to identify Independent Consultant Senior AIX/Unix Administrator/Websphere Administrator candidates with 5 years experience as a Unix/AIX Administrator, 2 years experience as a Websphere Administrator, 2 years experience with Tivoli Access Manager and 6 months experience with Tivoli Access Manager V6 and understand the differences in the two releases, how the upgrade will affect the current environment and how an organization can benefit from the features of the new release for a six months independent long term contract in the Dallas Texas or New York City, NY area. (Ideally regionally local NYC or Texas area candidates preffered, no interviewing, travel or relocation expenses are provided for this opportunity. The selected Independent Consultant Senior AIX/Unix Administrator/Websphere Administrator candidate will support the Technology Infrastructure Group in the migration of Tivoli Access Manager (TAM) V5 for E-business to TAM V6. The selected candidate will design and implement a migration plan identifying and prioritizing an optimum approach to the upgrade as well as understand how to install the individual components, customize the installation for the unique needs of a highly complex rapidly growing environment and maximize security features - balancing risk with the business needs of the organization.This long term project in Dallas, Texas or NYC offers an initial six months independent contract with a competitive starting rate in the $90/hr to $120/hr range.(No visa sponsorship available and no 3rd party referrals, agencies or corp to corp referrals from multi-employee consulting companies, please, for any WSI requirements, no exceptions).
