Merrick Application Administrator in Dallas, TX

Our North Dallas client is looking a Merrick Application Administrator to join their mid sized oil and gas company Responsibilities:Provide application administration support of Merrick's Suite of Applications - eVIN, ProCount, Carte and Regulatory modules Ø Support and setup of daily and monthly allocations and gathering systemsØ Assist users with state regulatory filings and discrepanciesØ Analysis of variances between estimated and actual volumesDocument application bugs and workarounds, where applicable Rollout of new software releases Data cleansing activities via data loader or SQL in support of client requests Conducting training sessions and train users in daily work processes Communicate with Management, team members, and end users/customers to clarify support requirements, troubleshoot issues, provide application assistance Assist in documentation and testing, as required Participate in full quality assurance life cycle of Merrick's products Assist with interfaces or other projects, as required Assist with data population and conversions The ability to follow-through with developers or customers and explain support issues, system requirement or features thoroughly Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, and/or Computer Science with 3 years experience and/or Masters in above with one year experience Proficient in SQL SQL database administration experience helpful Must have proficient problem analysis and problem solving skills Position requires excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Must have a strong technical foundation and possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to complete tasks Please visit us on the web at www.frontlinesourcegroup.com Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/V/D.
