Oracle CRM Techno Functional Consultant - Contract To Hire/Direct Hire in Dallas, TX

Our direct client in Dallas TX looking for a Techno Functional Oracle EBS Analyst with experience in CRM and Financials.This is a 6 - 12 month contract position. No calls please, respond with a copy of your word Resume.The Techno-Functional resource will work with IT Leads, Business Users and the other IT teams to understand and evaluate functional requirements, review technology/application alternatives, and develop technical solutions/designs, coding, testing and support, work with off-shore team for R12 Oracle E-business implementation/upgrade:1. Understand the requirements and usability improvements from BSA's and Business users 2. Prepare techno-functional solutions/designs3. Prepare Oracle AIM documents for the related areas 4. Develop the solutions and perform adequate testing5. Conduct and Support CRP and UAT process6. Implements Oracle E-business modules to support the business processes. 7. Designs technical solution to bridge the gaps8. Co-ordinate with off-shore development team for the technical delivery on RICE components9. Assist in development of technical training programs.10. Adheres to Company standards and methodology.11. Adheres to Company confidentiality and security requirements.12. Communicates effectively.Experience At least 6 years progressive experience as a Functional Analyst implementing Business applications. Oracle E-business application experience a plus.3-5 years experience working with Business areas: Marketing, Service, Sourcing and Sales at a minimumExperience in implementing the following processes using Applications:Sales Force Automation coveringOpportunity and Pipeline ManagementTele Sales and Field SalesForecastingServiceField Service and Support Service and Warranty Contract ManagementMarketing.
