We re looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has demonstrated experience managing POS requirements, issues, escalation, tracking, clarifications and communications in a Retail Point of Sales environment. Will perform complete System Analysis, issues tracking and end user requirements gathering and managing POS requirements deliverables given by management for any effort associated with client s POS solutions and with other systems or between any other client systems as needed. Will mentor client assigned resources in usage of Analysis and testing techniques and strategies Position requires 5+ years experience designing and analyzing Retail Point of Sales solutions. Must have knowledge with several styles of Point of Sale from small convenience store or gas station style POS to large grocery and department store environments. Must have good documentation skills and the ability to interpret user request and requirements. Must also have strong mentoring skills to be able to assist other Business Analysts on the team.
