Individual will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the business unit and development team within the organization with a focus on developing and driving business requirements, software design and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
. Directs definition of system scope and objectives in conjunction with Project Manager
. Analyzes business and user needs
. Documents user/ customer specifications
. Works with business owners, developers and project stakeholders to gather requirements, write both high-level and detailed-level requirements
. Identify and plan key milestones from requirements gathering to project completion
. Use a consistent defined format to document rules and requirements
. Identify and document business processes, systems and requirements
. Researches, identifies, develops and documents solutions to problems
. Interacts with user/?customer to analyze, define, test and implement systems
. Creates and manages all required SDLC documentation
Experience: Big 4 experience desired
. Previously managing/leading IT complex, multi-project Team projects, demonstrating solid Project Management capabilities
. BA or BS degree required; combination of experience and education can be substituted in lieu of degree requirement
. Experience working Agile methodologies (Scrum / XP / Kanbaan)
. Demonstrated ability in developing/managing delivery of user stories and tasks
. Detailed understanding of interation planning
. Experience in gathering and writing requirements documents for various IT initiatives.
. Highly analytical
. Demonstrated ability to conduct and/or lead discussions with Business partners and Senior Technology Leadership
. Able to perform with minimal supervision and direction
. Ability to be flexible with changing priorities
. Ability to meet deadlines.
