Provide Goldmine administration and development support to the IT Network Systems Engineer and key Goldmine users in supporting and developing the use of Goldmine.
Specific Responsibilities:
Sync Environment
Creating a stable environment for remote users, including the use of email, opportunity manager, forms and QuoteWerks.
Opportunity Manager
Assist in the development of opportunity manager with Goldmine.
Reporting
Assist in the development of reports to analysis emails, opportunities, detail records and other Goldmine and QuoteWerks data.
Experience: Experience of working with Goldmine 6.7 SQL Contact Manager in an environment support multiple LAN based and remote users is essential.
Experience of QuoteWerks version 4+ would be desirable.
