Analyst/Developer (IdM / Directory Services) in Dallas, TX

Design, customize, and implement Identity Management/Provisioning solutions at an enterprise level. Increase your marketability for the future in the Hot Identity Mgmt. arena. 5+ years of experience in full life cycle Analysis / Design & Developing software applications (Microsoft or Java) Experienced in HTML 5+ years scripting, with Perl being the preference 5+ years of experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle Good working knowledge of Windows-based PCs 2+ years of experience with directory services (LDAP, AD, NDS, etc.) 2+ years of experience with TCP/IP networking 2+ years of experience with installing/configuring 3rd party applications Experience with multiple platforms, such as AS/400, Unix and mainframe Any experience with security groups, password synchronization, and user provisioning systems is a plus Education and Typical Years of Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years development experience Special Requirements Good documentation, oral and written communication, and client facing skills needed. Open to occasional business travel Must be a quick learner Must be able to work on multiple projects at once Must be able to provide extra effort when required by projects Must be very self-managed Must be able to provide accurate effort estimates Must be able to perform requirements analysis, scope definition, technical design, and create test scripts Must work well alone and on team projects Experience: see above.
