Utilities cut-over Analyst w/ Excelergy or Banner in Dallas, TX

Responsibilities include the following: 1. Work with business subject matter experts (SME) to resolve business issues created by the cutover from an old CIS system to a new one. 2. Complete Cutover Procedure documents detailing the steps required for a successful system cutover. 3. Understand the dependencies between the tasks involved in the Cutover, and provide input on the corresponding adjustments to the Cutover Project Plan. Experience: 1. Familiarity with Utility industry business processes: enrollment, billing, Texas ERCOT market processes, etc. 2. Confident interpersonal communication skills for one-on-one or small group discussions with SMEs. 3. Strong written communication skills for capturing cutover process descriptions. 4. Discipline and persistence to follow up on open action items and quickly resolve them. 5.
