Web Developer in Dallas, TX

If you are a talented Web Developer and would like to work for a stable, well established 29 year old Texas company on a regular, full time basis, read on... You will have the opportunity to design, develop and implement corporate web applications using ASP.NET, ASP, HTML and JavaScript! The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Web Development with insurance applications developed in ASP.net, ASP, HTML and JavaScript. As a Web Developer you will: Confirm site objectives by analyzing and validating user requirements; identify new features and functionality and be responsible for streamlining and upgrading existing features You will also participate in the planning of Web Applications by evaluating user specifications; analyzing existing and proposed systems; creating requirements documents including set-up, scripts, hardware, network, database development, security, server management, and installation and in the preparing of systems development life cycle plans You will develop Web applications by studying existing technology architecture You will integrate applications by studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, databases, search engines, and information servers You will confirm web applications by planning and conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or debugging code; resolving problems You will maintains team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions, obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports Knowledge Required: Proficient with ASP.net, ASP, .NET, HTML, JavaScript and Java Insurance Application experience strongly preferred! Knowledge of Fox-Pro is a plus. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
