Quality Assurance - QA Tester in Dallas, TX

Quality Assurance Location: Arlington, TX 76006 Salary: Excellent Eligible to participate in company bonus plan after 9 months of service Company telecommutes from home 2 days a week. Skill Requirements: Strong written communication skills Strong ability to organize and document plans Strong familiarity with testing automation and automated tools Familiarity with UML as a requirements instrument Minimum of three (3) years of Quality Assurance experience Bachelors Degree Role and Responsibilities: Work from functional requirements document to formulate test plans, which will involve both automated and manual testing Implement test plans with heavy emphasis on automation Establish and execute a documentation mechanism Document test plans, test instruments and test results used for each software release with full version management Supervise and participate in the execution of testing The Quality Assurance position will participate in conference meetings with Quality Assurance, Design, Development and Program Coordinators to resolve inconsistencies, inaccuracies and imprecision Reliability and punctuality are critically important characteristics for the individual fulfilling this role.
