Network Administrator - MS Windows 2005/2003 in Dallas, TX

This client has a need for an experience Microsoft Windows Server 2005/2003 Network Administrator. Your primary role will be the MS Network Administrator that will design, build, install, upgrade, and maintain multiple Servers utilizing your existing technical experience and knowledge. You will be involved in the domain administration, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, security, and best practices for the organization.

Role:
This position is responsible for the overall MS Network planning, development, building, and implementation of the Microsoft Network environment. You may plan or direct the evaluation of software processes, programs, third party software to automate the existing environment to ease the support and maintenance of the server platforms and solve data, database, system, or report problems.

Key Objectives:
. Take ownership and accountability for enterprise Network servers.
. Ensure that information needs and business rules are in compliance with enterprise policies and standards.
. Build a framework for accurately supporting, capturing, sharing, distributing, securing, and leveraging company data resources.

Technical Requirements:
. 3+ years of Microsoft Network Administration 2005/2003
. Skilled in multi-site MS Active Directory, designing/building servers, maintenance, troubleshooting;
. Experienced with File, print, DHCP, DNS, backup and security
. Knowledgeable in MS Exchange Administration
. Ability to install and support MS Office, MS Windows, XP

Additional Skills:
. Ability to work with other database administrators to complete database designs and models;
. Highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills dedicated to completing tasks on schedule.

. Experience with relational database technology, SQL Programming;
. MS SQL Server 2005 Database Administration;
. MS SharePoint Technologies;
. MS Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains)
. MS Dynamics CRM

Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Science with a concentration in Computer Science or related discipline.
