. Strong web UI experience and ability to suggest and implement elegant yet flexible user interfaces
. Experience using software design support tools and productivity suites such as Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
. Familiarity with Mac and Windows operating system, hardware, and network support at a small office level
. Experience developing n-tier applications, including web services.
. Full understand of Software Engineering concepts and procedures including the entire range of the software development life cycle process - analysis, design, development, integration, deployment, maintenance, and testing
. Legally authorized to work in the United States
. Ability to work alone on assigned project tasks
. Ability to undertake detailed design and development work
. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
. Superior knowledge of programming principles and user-interface design
. Experience creating production quality solutions in a vertical market
. Strong knowledge of object-oriented techniques (OOD, OOA, and OOP) and design patterns.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Possess creative problem solving skills
