Our premier partner is currently in search of a Business Analyst with Vendor Experience. The Business Analyst will, under general direction, facilitate the vendor engagement process and vendor strategy execution for the ITS department, track vendor related service problems or interruptions, and work with Legal on documentation/contract review process vendor engagements. You will also assist with service/solution evaluation process, route appropriate documents to vendor for signatures, responsible for incoming new vendor inquiries (cold calls), and supports manager in administrative assignments as needed.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: The ideal Business Analyst will have 7+ years of related experience, 5+ years experience in documentation and Project management and/or contract management in a business process organization, very strong verbal and written communications skills, and strong knowledge of various technical platforms, system software, hardware components, and voice and data network environment. A degree in Business Administration or Business Management with strong knowledge or experience in the technical, contract management, and project management fields is preferred. The candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
